Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

Fashioned For U accepts eligible return requests made within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, body odor, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging, when applicable

A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required.

Fashioned For U reserves the right to deny or reduce a refund when returned merchandise does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email fashionedforu@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not mail merchandise back before receiving return approval and instructions from Fashioned For U.

If your return is approved, we will provide the authorized return mailing address and instructions by email. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be placed in the mail within seven calendar days after return authorization is issued.

The authorized return address is for mailed returns only. In-person returns are not accepted unless Fashioned For U provides written approval in advance.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of:

  • Fit or sizing

  • Personal preference

  • A change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item or size

Fashioned For U will pay reasonable return shipping costs when we confirm that the customer received an item that was:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Different from the item ordered

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been completed.

Fashioned For U is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged before being delivered to the authorized return address.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact fashionedforu@gmail.com within three calendar days after delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or defect

Do not discard the merchandise or original packaging until Fashioned For U has reviewed the claim and provided instructions.

After reviewing the claim, Fashioned For U may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, store credit, return label, or other resolution.

Final-Sale and Nonreturnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items specifically marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Special-order merchandise

  • Earrings or other pierced jewelry, when applicable, for hygiene reasons

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags

  • Items showing stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, body odor, pet hair, or other signs of wear

A promotional code or temporary storewide discount does not automatically make an item final sale unless the product page or checkout clearly identifies it as Final Sale.

Exchanges

Because many Fashioned For U products are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will remain available while a return is being processed.

We do not hold merchandise for exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain another item is to request a return for the original merchandise and place a separate order for the desired replacement.

All replacement purchases are subject to current availability and pricing.

Refunds

Fashioned For U will notify you after your returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If more than 15 business days have passed since Fashioned For U approved your refund, contact fashionedforu@gmail.com.
